县级融媒体中心新闻工作者的情感实践初探——基于江西省四县的田野调查 被引量:5

The Emotional Practice of Journalists in the County-level Media Integration Centers——A Study Based on Field Observations in Four Counties of Jiangxi Province

摘要 情感是人的社会行为和人类社会运行的关键机制,也是近年来新闻传播学研究的关键词。但是,新闻传播学界的情感研究基本遗忘了县域基层的新闻工作者。对江西省四个县级融媒体中心的参与观察和深度访谈表明,基层新闻工作者在职业选择、职场工作、媒体作品等三个领域的情感实践十分丰富。研究发现,家乡的归属感、事业编制的安稳感、工作内容的新鲜感、记者身份的体面与荣光都是促使新闻人选择留在县级融媒体中心的情感动机;新闻人在日常工作中呈现出一种喜忧交织的情感结构;集体性的积极情感和对地方文化的自豪感都充分展演在媒体作品中。 Emotion is a key mechanism of human social behavior and the operation of human society,and it is also a key word of journalism and communication research in recent years.However,the emotional research in the field of journalism and communication has largely ignored the journalists at the county level.The observation and in-depth interview of four county-level media integrationcenters in Jiangxi province show that grassroots journalists have rich emotional practice in three fields,namely career choice,daily workand media works.It is found that the sense of belonging to hometown,the sense of security of career establishment,the freshness of work content,and the honor and glory of journalist’s identity are all the emotional motivations for journalists to choose to stay in county-level media center.Journalists present an emotional structure of joy and anxiety in their daily work.Collective positive feelings and pride in local culture are fully displayed in the media works.This achievement enriches the empirical research on the emotional dimension of journalism and communication.
