摘要
甘蔗制糖工艺学当前的教学现状存在教学模式滞后、实习实训力度不足,实践模式制约制糖化工人才的培养、“双师型”师资队伍建设滞后等问题,本课程改革通过实施自编教材(讲义),设计科学合理的模块化教学内容、建设糖化工半实物虚拟仿真实践教学中心、开发专任教师与企业工程师双授课模式等措施,开展甘蔗制糖工艺学课程教学改革,旨在创新甘蔗制糖工艺学教学模式和实践方式,培养地方制糖化工产业发展所需高素质技能人才。
There are some problems in the current teaching situation of Sugarcane Sugar Technology,such as lagging teaching mode,insufficient practical training,practice mode restricting the training of sugar chemical talents,lagging behind in the construction of“double-qualified”teachers,and so on.This course was reformed through the implementation of self-compiled teaching materials(handouts).The teaching reform of Sugarcane Sugar Technology course was carried out,such as designing scientific and reasonable modular teaching content,building hardware-in-the-loop virtual simulation practice teaching center of sugar chemical industry,developing double teaching mode of full-time teachers and enterprise engineers,the aim was to innovate the teaching mode and practice mode of Sugarcane Sugar Technology,and train high-quality skilled personnel needed for the development of local sugar chemical industry.
