摘要 依据相关项目实例,优化导热油全夹套调节阀组的伴热示意图,建议导热油夹套跨接管口径比规范组合尺寸大一级且转向采用焊接弯头,确保导热油的流通;通过设置隔断板和折流板,有效避免夹套伴热不均和伴热盲区的存在。将仪表接口、放空、排净接口根部阀设为夹套型式,确保管线末端伴热效果良好。参考PDS、PDMS、Smart3D等三维软件夹套管设计方法,实现了CADWorx的全夹套管设计,供相关工程技术人员参考。 According to relevant project examples,the heat tracing diagram of the thermal oil full jacketed regulating valve group was optimized,it was recommended that the diameter of the jacket jumper pipe was one level larger than the standard combination size and the welding elbow may be used to ensure the flow of the rmal oil.By installing baffle plates and deflector plates,uneven and blind areas of jacketed heat tracing were effectively avoided.The root valve of the instrument interface,vent and drain interface to jacket type was set up to ensure good heat tracing at the end of the pipeline.With reference to PDS,PDMS,Smart3 D and other three-dimensional software jacket design methods,CADWorx full jacketed design was realized for reference by relevant engineer.
