摘要
化工装置中,对于黏稠和对热敏感的工艺介质选用热水夹套进行加热能达到良好的伴热效果。鉴于热水夹套管在设计和施工过程中的复杂性,夹套管在配管设计中要注意内外管尺寸选用、供热长度、柔性设计等设计原则,要保证热水的流动畅通,还要注意材质的选择。设计过程中,还应遵循弯头、三通、异径管、法兰、阀门、导向板、隔断板等管件的选用原则。合理设计与正确选用管件是热水夹套发挥最佳伴热效果的前提,也是实现工艺要求的有利保证。
Chemical equipment for viscous and heat-sensitive process media is used to heat hot-water jacket to achieve a good heating effect.In view of hot-water jacket piping in the design and construction process of a complex nature,attention should be paid not only to hot-water jacket piping design regarding the internal and external tube size selection,heating length and flexibility design,to ensure the smooth flow of hot water,but also to the choice of the material used.In the process of design,the principle of selection should be followed concerning the elbows,tees,reducers,flanges,valves,guide plates,partition plates and other fittings.Reasonable design and correct selection of a hot-water pipe heating jacket is a prerequisite for achieving the best result required and also a favorable technological guarantee.
