摘要
快速老龄化背景下,老旧社区老年群体同养老设施之间的供需矛盾尤为显著。文章在分析老旧社区养老设施建设困境的基础上,基于存量整合理念,对社区养老设施、老年人住宅、环境资源进行整合,提出构建社区“养老综合区”的新理念,对其空间模式及建设内容进行阐释,从尺度规模、选点布局、空间设计三方面提出建构策略,并分析其实现途径,为解决老旧社区养老难题提供科学的指导方法。
Under the background of rapid aging,the contradiction between supply and demand between elderly groups in old communities and elderly care facilities is particularly significant.On the basis of analyzing the dilemma of the construction of old community elderly care facilities,based on the concept of stock integration,the paper integrates community elderly care facilities,elderly residences,and environmental resources,and proposing a new concept of building a community"integrated elderly care area".The construction content is explained,and the construction strategy is proposed from the three aspects of scale,site selection and layout,and space design,and its realization methods are analyzed to provide scientific guidance methods for solving the problem of old-age community pensions.
