不同脱色方法对油莎豆多糖抗氧化与降血糖活性研究 被引量:2

Study on Antioxidant and Hypoglycemic Activity of Polysaccharides from Cyperus esculentus by Different Decolorization Methods

摘要 本研究以油莎豆为原料提取多糖,使用活性炭和5种大孔树脂对油莎豆多糖进行脱色,并对脱色后多糖的抗氧化活性和α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制率进行对比评估。结果表明,AB-8弱极性大孔吸附树脂能有效去除多糖色素且多糖保留率较高,此外,脱色后的多糖具有较高的抗氧化活性和α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制率,总酚含量损失也较少。其多糖保留率和蛋白质脱除率分别为71.0%、91.1%,色素去除率为75.2%,总酚含量为8.5 mg/g,多糖浓度为5 mg/mL时,羟基自由基清除率、DPPH自由基清除率和DMPD自由基清除率分别为99.6%、84.1%、73.3%,α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制率为42.2%。 In this study,polysaccharides were extracted from Cyperus esculentus and then decolorized by activated carbon and five macroporous resins.The antioxidant activity and α-glucosidase inhibition rate of polysaccharides after decolorization were evaluated.The results showed that AB-8 macroporous adsorption resin could effectively remove polysaccharides pigment and had a higher polysaccharides retention rate.In addition,the decolorized polysaccharides had high antioxidant activity,α-glucosidase inhibition rate and less loss of total phenol content.The polysaccharides retention rate and protein removal rate were 71.0% and 91.1%,respectively.The pigment removal rate was 75.2%,total phenol content was 8.5 mg/mL.At the concentration of 5 mg/mL,hydroxyl radical scavenging rate,DPPH radical scavenging rate and DMPD radical scavenging rate were 99.6%,84.1 % and 73.3%,respectively.And α-glucosidase inhibitory rate was 42.2%.
