摘要
老年人群传染病的疾病负担高而且治疗和康复难度大。常见疫苗可预防传染病如流感、肺炎球菌疾病、带状疱疹等对老年人健康造成重大威胁,而接种疫苗是预防这些疾病最经济有效的手段。目前中国老年人预防接种服务可及性差,疫苗接种率较低。本文根据现有国内外文献,对中国老年人疫苗接种的现状和挑战进行了综述,对老年人疫苗接种提出了相关建议。
The burden of infectious diseases in the elderly is heavy,and treatment and recovery can be difficult.Common vaccine preventable infectious diseases such as influenza,pneumococcal disease,and herpes zoster seriously threaten the health of the elderly.Vaccination is the most cost-effective means to prevent these diseases.However,accessibility of vaccination services for the elderly is poor in China,and vaccine coverage levels among the elderly are low.Based on available domestic and foreign literatures,we review the status and challenges of vaccination of the elderly in China and make evidence-based suggestions for improving vaccination of the elderly.
