摘要
目的:探讨集束化护理干预对丁苯酞介入治疗的脑血管患者的作用。方法:选择2019年3月—2021年3月该院采用丁苯酞介入治疗的脑血管患者100例,按照护理方式分为对照组(n=50)和研究组(n=50),分别实施常规护理、集束化护理,比较两组Fugl-Meyer评分与Barthel评分、焦虑、抑郁评分、并发症发生情况、护理满意度。结果:研究组Fugl-Meyer评分与Barthel评分高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组SDS评分与SAS评分低于护理前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:集束化护理干预可以改善患者的负面情绪,提高患者的生活质量,并发症较少,满意度较高。
Objective:To explore the effect of cluster nursing intervention on cerebrovascular patients treated with butylphthalide.Methods:A total of 100 cerebrovascular patients who received butylphthalide interventional therapy in the hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected and divided into control group(n=50)and study group(n=50)according to different nursing methods.Routine nursing and cluster nursing were implemented respectively.The Fugl-Meyer score and Barthel score,anxiety,depression scores,complications,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The study group’s Fugl-Meyer score and Barthel score compared with the control group were higher(P<0.05);after nursing,the two groups’s SDS and SAS scores compared with those before nursing were lower,and the study group compared with the control group was lower(P<0.05).The incidence of symptoms was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The study group’s total nursing satisfaction compared with the control group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cluster nursing intervention can improve the negative emotions of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,less complications and higher satisfaction.
