摘要
重组多动症儿童治疗各方资源,构建脑电反馈家庭辅助训练服务系统,实现多动症儿童康复训练服务设计创新。运用观察法和访谈法深入分析服务流程现状与不足,借助用户画像、利益相关者分析、服务蓝图等设计方法,分析目标用户在服务触点中存在的痛点和设计机会,对脑电反馈家庭辅助训练系统展开服务流程与产品设计,为多动症儿童康复训练提供创新途径。
Reorganize all resources in the treatment of children with ADHD,build a family-assisted training service system for EEG feedback,and realize the design innovation of rehabilitation training services for children with ADHD. Use observation and interview methods to deeply analyze the current situation and shortcomings of the service process. With the help of design methods such as user portraits,stakeholder diagrams,service blueprints,etc.,analyze the pain points and design opportunities of target users in service contacts,and provide family assistance to EEG feedback The training system expands the service process and product design to provide an innovative way for the rehabilitation training of children with ADHD.
