摘要
目的 了解孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)患儿的血清二胺氧化酶(DAO)、D-乳酸和细菌内毒素水平及临床意义。方法 选择19例ASD患儿(ASD组)和38例同龄健康儿童(对照组),检测两组血清DAO、D-乳酸和细菌内毒素水平。使用儿童孤独症评定量表(CARS)对ASD患儿的病情严重程度进行评估,并分析血清DAO、D-乳酸和细菌内毒素水平与ASD患儿病情严重程度的关系。结果 ASD组的血清D-乳酸水平高于对照组,且重度ASD患儿的D-乳酸水平较轻-中度ASD患儿更高(均P<0.05),但ASD组和对照组之间、不同病情严重程度ASD患儿之间的血清DAO和细菌内毒素水平差异并无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。在ASD组中,CARS评分与血清D-乳酸水平呈正相关(P<0.05),与血清DAO、细菌内毒素水平之间均无相关性(均P>0.05)。结论 ASD患儿的血清D-乳酸水平升高,表明其肠道屏障功能存在一定损伤,且ASD病情严重程度越重,肠道屏障功能损伤越大。
Objective To understand the levels and clinical significance of serum diamine oxidase(DAO), D-lactate, and bacterial endotoxin in children with autistic spectrum disorder(ASD).Methods A total of 19 ASD children(ASD group) and 38 healthy children of the same age(control group) were selected. The serum DAO, D-lactate, and bacterial endotoxin levels were detected in both groups. The Childhood Autism Rating Scale(CARS) was used to evaluate the severity of disease in ASD children, and to analyze the relation of serum DAO, D-lactate, and bacterial endotoxin levels with the severity of disease in ASD children.Results The ASD group exhibited higher level of serum D-lactate as compared with the control group, and the severe ASD children obtained higher D-lactate level in the comparison of the mild-moderate ASD children(all P<0.05);however, there were no statistically significant differences in levels of serum DAO and bacterial endotoxin between the ASD group and the control group, and between the ASD children with different severity(all P>0.05). In the ASD group, the CARS score positively correlated with serum D-lactate level(P<0.05), whereas no correlation of CARS score with levels of serum DAO and bacterial endotoxin was found(all P>0.05).Conclusion The elevated level of serum D-lactate in ASD children interprets that the intestinal barrier function is impaired in some degree, and the more severe the disease of ASD is, the more serious the intestinal barrier function impairment is.
