摘要
由于果蔬具有季节性、地域性等特点,合理应用保鲜库能够有效减少果蔬贮藏过程中的损失。为降低果蔬保鲜库运行成本,保持果蔬储藏的最佳环境,结合光催化技术、远程监测与控制技术、One Net物联网云平台技术设计了一种光催化果蔬保鲜监控系统,重点完成了保鲜库环境信息采集以及设备控制的软硬件设计,并对果蔬保鲜库的各项气体参数变化进行远程动态实时监控。采用One Net云平台的开源EDP协议进行温湿度、乙烯浓度、二氧化碳浓度和氧气浓度等数据的传输和控制命令的下达,应用上位机对光催化装置进行远程控制并对指定环境参数进行调节,达到对保鲜库内关键环境因子实时远程监控的目的,有利于延长果蔬保鲜期,实现保鲜效果的最优化。
Because fruits and vegetables have seasonal and regional characteristics, the preservation warehouse can effectively reduce the loss in the process of fruit and vegetable storage.The purpose of this paper is to reduce the operating costs of fruit and vegetable preservation warehouses and maintain the optimal environment for fruit and vegetable storage. A photocatalytic fruit and vegetable preservation monitoring system was designed by combining photocatalytic technology, remote monitoring and control technology, and One Net Internet of Things cloud platform technology. Focus on the completion of the preservation of environmental information collection and equipment control of the software and hardware design, and the fruit and vegetable preservation warehouse gas parameters changes for remote dynamic real-time monitoring, the use of One Net cloud platform of the open source EDP protocol for temperature and humidity, ethylene concentration, carbon dioxide concentration and oxygen concentration and other data transmission and control commands issued, the host computer of the photocatalytic device remote control and then the specified environmental parameters to adjust, to achieve the purpose of real-time remote monitoring of key environmental factors in the preservation library, Thus extending the freshness period of fruits and vegetables and optimizing the preservation effect. The study provides a certain reference for the design of the monitoring system of fruit and vegetable preservation warehouse.
