摘要
表面润湿性是医用纺织品表面特性的重要表征项目,如医用防护服、手术衣、手术单、口罩等产品都涉及表面润湿性测试和评价。文中通过配制不同表面张力的试液,分析不同表面张力试液对样品接触角测试结果的影响,同时研究采用接触角表征医用纺织品表面润湿性的可行性。结果表明,不同表面张力的试液与接触角测试结果有相关性,表面张力越小,接触角越小,当表述医用纺织品对于液体的接触角是多少时,必须同时指明所使用的液体种类及表面张力;采用接触角作为客观量值,可以更加准确有效地评价医用纺织品的表面润湿性能,不受检测人员操作和主观评级因素的影响。
The surface wettability is an important characterization of surface properties of medical textile,such as medical protective clothing,surgical gown,surgical drape,and medical masks all involve surface wettability testing and evaluation.In this experiment,the influence of the surface tension test solution on the test results of the sample contact angle is analyzed by preparing test solutions with different surface tensions,and the feasibility of using the contact angle to characterize the surface wettability of medical textiles is also studied.The results show that the test liquids with different surface tensions are related to the contact angle test results.The smaller the surface tension,the smaller the contact angle.When expressing the contact angle of medical textiles to liquids,it is necessary to specify the type of liquid and its surface tension.Using the contact angle as an objective value,the surface wetting properties of medical textiles can be more accurately and effectively evaluated,which is not affected by the operation of the inspectors and subjective rating factors.
