摘要
目的研析腹腔镜修补术治疗急性上消化道穿孔的效果和对患者生活质量的影响。方法选择2020年10月—2021年10月平度市人民医院急性上消化道穿孔患者74例,37例患者应用开腹穿刺修补术治疗为常规组,37例患者应用腹腔镜修补术治疗为治疗组,对比不同方案的临床应用价值与优势性。结果治疗组操作时间、术中出血量、患者在院治疗时间及胃肠功能恢复时间均短(少)于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组日常生活质量评分均高于常规组,白介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-a及超敏C-反应蛋白指标等炎症因子均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率2.70%低于常规组的21.62%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.554,P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜修补术可有效抑制病情发展,消除患者机体炎性水平,进一步促进患者机体康复,对提高患者的日常生活水平等方面有着积极性影响。
Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic repair on acute upper digestive tract perforation and its impact on patients’quality of life.Methods 74 patients with acute upper digestive tract perforation in Pingdu People’s Hospital were selected from October 2020 to October 2021,37 patients were treated with open puncture repair as the conventional group,and 37 patients were treated with laparoscopic repair as the treatment group,and the clinical application value and advantages of different schemes were compared.Results The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospital treatment time and gastrointestinal function recovery time of patients in the treatment group were shorter than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The daily quality of life score of the treatment group was higher than that of the conventional group,and inflammatory factors such as interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-A and hypersensitive C-reactive protein were lower than that of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 2.70%lower than 21.62%in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.554,P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic repair can effectively inhibit the development of the disease,eliminate the inflammatory level of patients,further promote the recovery of patients,improve the daily living standards of patients and other aspects of the positive impact.
