摘要
随着雷达技术的发展,雷达网已被广泛应用在预警探测体系中。如何对雷达网的作战效能进行精准评估是预警探测体系作战效能评估的难点。归纳梳理了雷达网作战效能评估从指标确立、静态效能评估、动态效能评估3个方面的研究方法,同时给出了各类方法存在的问题以及可能的解决方法,并提出了未来解决雷达网效能评估问题的重点和发展趋势。
With the development of radar technology,radar network has been widely used in the early warning and detection system.How to accurately evaluate the operational effectiveness of radar network is the difficulty in the operational efficiency assessment of the early warning and detection system.The research methods of current operational efficiency assessment of radar network from three aspects of index establishment,static effectiveness evaluation and dynamic effectiveness evaluation are summarized,and the existed problems and possible solutions of these method are provided.Finally,the focus and development trend of radar network effectiveness evaluation in the future are put forward.
