摘要
以习近平总书记考察清华大学对高等教育和大学体育讲话精神为切入点,探讨新时代大学体育的时代使命、维度生成与发展路径。新时代大学体育具有不可推卸的时代使命,大学体育是一流大学建设的重要基石之一,大学体育是新时代我国大学培养全面发展人才的手段之一,大学体育是世界一流大学的校园文化载体之一。新时代大学体育的维度生成主要体现在2个方面内容,即促进青少年健康发展维度和培养竞技体育后备人才维度。新时代推进大学体育发展的发展路径,要紧密围绕“育人”理念,厘清新时代大学体育的理论基础;加强顶层设计,以制度建设推进大学生健康发展与竞技体育后备人才培养;形成体育传统,融入校园文化建设中;打造赛事体系,完善校内校外竞赛体系。
In this paper,the author takes the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s speech on Higher Education and University Physical Education during his visit to Tsinghua University as the starting point,discussing the mission of the times,dimensional generation,and the logical progression of university physical education in the new era.University physical education in the new era undertakes an inescapable mission of the times and is one of the campus cultural carriers of world-class universities.As one of the critical cornerstones of the“Double First-class”Initiative,university physical education is one of the means for China’s universities to cultivate professionals for the overall development in the new era.The dimensional generation of university physical education in the new era is mainly reflected in two aspects,that is,the dimension of promoting the healthy development of teenagers and the dimension of cultivating future competitive sports talents.As far as the logical progression to promoting the development of university physical education in the new era is concerned,we should closely focus on the concept of“educating people”and clarify the theoretical basis of university physical education in the new era.We should strengthen the top-down design and promote the healthy development of university students and the training of future competitive sports talents through system construction.We should form a physical education tradition and integrate physical education into the development of campus culture.We should build a competition system and improve the competition system both on campus and off campus.
