摘要
目的 研究过敏性鼻炎(AR)患者行枸地氯雷他定+中药方剂治疗的效果。方法 选取南京市江宁中医院2019年1月—2021年10月收治的81例AR患者,按“随机数表法”分为常规组(枸地氯雷他定,n=40)、联合组(枸地氯雷他定+中药方剂,n=41)。对比两组中医症状积分、炎症因子及不良反应。结果 治疗前两组中医症状积分、炎症因子对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后与常规组比较,联合组中医症状积分、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)更低,白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、干扰素-γ(TNF-γ)更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组不良反应发生率4.88%与常规组7.50%比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.001,P=0.977)。结论 枸地氯雷他定+中药方剂治疗AR患者可减缓不适症状、安全可靠。
Objective To study the effect of Desloratadine Citrate Disodium plus traditional Chinese medicine in patients with allergic rhinitis(AR).Methods A total of 81 AR patients admitted to Jiangning Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to October 2021 were selected and divided into conventional group(citron loratadine,n=40) and combined group(citron loratadine + Chinese medicine prescription,n=41) according to "random number table method".TCM symptom score,inflammatory factors and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results There were no statistically significant differences in TCM symptom scores and inflammatory factors between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,compared with conventional group,TCM symptom score,the interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-17(IL-17) of combined group were lower,while the interleukin-10(IL-10) and interferon-γ(TNF-γ) values were higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Adverse reaction rate 4.88% in combination group was compared with 7.50% in conventional group,the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.001,P=0.977).Conclusion Desloratadine Citrate Disodium + traditional Chinese medicine prescription in the treatment of AR patients can relieve discomfort symptoms,is safe and reliable.
