摘要
目的观察益气宣化方联合枸地氯雷他定治疗过敏性鼻炎(AR)临床疗效及对血清转化生长因子-α(TGF-α)、白三烯B4(LTB4)和血清总免疫球蛋白E(IgE)的影响。方法患者218例按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组患者采用枸地氯雷他定治疗,研究组患者采用益气宣化方联合枸地氯雷他定治疗。比较两组患者的症状积分(喷嚏、流涕、鼻塞、鼻痒等)、临床疗效、血清TGF-α、LTB4和IgE水平以及不良反应。结果两组患者的喷嚏、流涕、鼻塞、鼻痒等证候积分均降低,且研究组患者的喷嚏、流涕、鼻塞、鼻痒等症状积分均明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为96.33%,明显高于对照组的88.99%(P <0.05)。治疗后两组患者血清TGF-α、LTB4和IgE水平均降低,且研究组患者血清TGF-α、LTB4和IgE水平显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。研究组与对照组不良反应率比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论益气宣化方联合枸地氯雷他定治疗AR能提高临床疗效,降低患者血清TGF-α、LTB4和IgE水平,且安全性好。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Yiqi Xuanhua Decoction combined with desloratadine citrate disodium on allergic rhinitis(AR) and serum TGF-α,LTB4 and IgE. Methods: 218 case were randomly divided into two groups,109 cases in each. The control group received desloratadine citrate disodium. Based on it,the observation group received the Yiqi Xuanhua Decoction. The symptom scores(sneezing,runny nose,nasal obstruction,itching,etc.),clinical efficacy,serum levels of TGF-α,LTB4 and IgE and adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups. Results: The scores of sneezing,runny nose,nasal obstruction,itching and other syndromes in the two groups decreased,and those in the study group was lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05). The total effective rate was 96.33% in the study group,which was significantly higher than 88.99% in the control group(P < 0.05). After treatment,the levels of serum TGF-α,LTB4 and IgE in both groups decreased,and those in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05). There was significant difference in the rate of adverse reactions between the study group and the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion: Yiqi Xuanhua Decoction combined with desloratadine citrate disodium is an effective and safe way to reduce the serum TGF-α,LTB4 and IgE levels of AR patients.
