摘要
目的:了解妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)孕妇睡眠质量,分析心理韧性、感知压力与睡眠质量的相关性,以期为临床针对GDM孕妇实施有效的护理干预提供科学的理论指导。方法:选取132例GDM孕妇为研究对象,采用一般情况调查表、心理弹性量表、感知压力量表和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表对其进行问卷调查,运用Pearson分析法分析GDM孕妇睡眠质量与感知压力、心理韧性之间的相关关系。结果:共纳入126例GDM孕妇,结果表明,年龄、婚姻状况、家庭关系、家庭月收入、怀孕对生活影响和孕后焦虑、抑郁或恐惧是GDM孕妇睡眠质量的影响因素(P<0.05~P<0.01);126例GDM孕妇睡眠质量得分(14.04±2.64)分;感知压力得分(29.45±4.26)分;心理韧性得分(47.17±6.62)分;Pearson分析结果显示:睡眠质量与感知压力呈正相关关系(P<0.05~P<0.01),与心理韧性呈负相关关系(P<0.05~P<0.01),感知压力与心理韧性呈负相关关系(P<0.01)。结论:GDM孕妇睡眠质量与感知压力、心理韧性水平得分均处于中等水平;临床医护人员应关注GDM孕妇心理韧性和感知压力能力,针对性的采取措施以增强睡眠质量。
Objective:To understand the sleep quality of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM),analyze the correlation between mental resilience,perceived stress and sleep quality,in order to provide scientific theoretical guidance for clinically effective nursing interventions for GDM pregnant women.Methods:A total of 132 pregnant women with GDM were selected as the research objects.Questionnaire surveys were conducted on the general situation questionnaire,psychological resilience scale,perceived stress scale and Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale.Pearson analysis was used to analyze the correlation between sleep quality and perceived stress and mental resilience of pregnant women with GDM.Results:A total of 126 pregnant women with GDM were included in this study.The results showed that age,marital status,family relationship,family monthly income,pregnancy impact on life and post-pregnancy anxiety,depression or fear were the factors affecting the sleep quality of GDM pregnant women.The 126 pregnant women with GDM had sleep quality score(14.04±2.64) points,perceived stress score(29.45±4.26) points,and mental resilience score(47.17±6.62) points.Pearson analysis results showed that sleep quality was positively correlated with perceived stress(P<0.05 to P<0.01),and negatively correlated with mental resilience(P<0.05 to P<0.01),meanwhile perceived pressure was negatively correlated with mental resilience(P<0.01).Conclusions:The scores of sleep quality,perceived stress and mental resilience of pregnant women with GDM are all at a moderate level.It is suggested that clinical medical staff should pay attention to the mental resilience and the ability to perceive stress in pregnant women with GDM,and take targeted measures to enhance the quality of sleep.
