摘要
目的:探究卡波姆眼用凝胶联合重组人表皮生长因子(rhEGF)滴眼液对干眼症患者临床症状及炎性因子的影响。方法:选取2020年2月至2021年12月就诊于抚州市中医院眼科的86例干眼症患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各43例。对照组采用卡波姆眼用凝胶治疗,观察组在此基础上加用rhEGF滴眼液。比较两组治疗前、治疗4周后的眼表疾病指数(OSDI),泪膜稳定性[泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、泪液分泌试验 (SIT)长度]及炎性因子水平。结果:治疗4周后,两组OSDI评分低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组BUT、SIT水平高于治疗前,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组泪液白介素(IL)-6、IL-8、IL-1β、肿瘤坏死因子-ɑ(TNF-ɑ)低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:卡波姆眼用凝胶联合rhEGF滴眼液可以提高干眼症患者的泪膜稳定性,降低其炎性因子水平,减轻干眼症症状。
Objective:To investigate the effects of carbomer eye gel combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor (rhEGF) eye drops on clinical symptoms and inflammatory factors in patients with dry eye.Methods:A total of 86 patients with dry eye in Fuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2020 to December 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with artificial tear (carbomer) gel,and the observation group was additionally treated with rhEGF eye drops.The levels of ocular surface disease index (OSDI),tear film stability[tear film rupture time (BUT),tear secretion test (SIT) length]and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the OSDI score of the two groups was lower than before,and the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05);the levels of BUT and SIT in both groups were higher than before,and the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05);tear interleukin-6,IL-8,IL-1β and TNF-ɑ were lower in 2 groups than before,and those in observation group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Carbomer eye gel combined with rhEGF eye drops can improve the stability of tear film in patients with dry eye,reduce the level of inflammatory factors and relieve the symptoms of dry eye.
