摘要
目的 探究对慢性牙周炎并2型糖尿病患者应用西帕依固龈液联合盐酸米诺环素治疗对其氧化应激、炎性指标及龈下菌群的影响。方法 前瞻性选取我院2020年1月-2021年12月诊治的慢性牙周炎并2型糖尿病患者86例,按随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,每组43例。2组均予常规牙周基础与降糖治疗,对照组添加盐酸米诺环素,观察组在对照组基础上联合西帕依固龈液。比较2组治疗效果、治疗前后氧化应激指标[丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)]、炎性指标[C反应蛋白(CPR)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)]差异,采用高通量测序技术分析梁祝患者治疗前后龈下菌群内致病菌相对含量。结果 73例患者治疗有效,总有效率为84.88%(73/86),观察组治疗总有效率(93.02%,40/43)高于对照组(76.74%,33/43)(P<0.05)。治疗后2组MDA水平均降低,SOD水平均升高,且观察组MDA水平低于对照组,SOD水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2组CPR、TNF-α、IL-6水平均降低,且观察组CPR、TNF-α、IL-6水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2组牙龈卟啉单胞菌、伴放线菌嗜血菌、福赛斯坦纳菌、中间普雷沃菌相对含量均降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 与单独使用盐酸米诺环素治疗比较,西帕依固龈液联合盐酸米诺环素疗效更好,更能改善氧化应激、炎性指标及龈下菌群情况。
Objective To investigate the effects of Xipayi gingival strengthening liquid combined with minocycline hydrochloride on the oxidative stress,inflammatory indexes and subgingival flora in patients with chronic periodontitis and type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 86 patients with chronic periodontitis and type 2 diabetes admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were prospectively selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 43 cases in each group.Both groups were given a routine periodontal foundation and hypoglycemic treatment,and the control group was additionally treated with minocycline hydrochloride,while the observation group was treated with Xipayi gingival strengthening liquid on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,the differences in the oxidative stress indexes[malondialdehyde (MDA),superoxide dismutase (SOD)],inflammatory indexes[C-reactive protein (CPR),levels of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-6 (IL-6)]before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the relative contents of pathogenic bacteria in the subgingival flora of patients before and after treatment were analyzed by the high-throughput sequencing technology.Results The total effective rate was 84.88% (73/86),with the total effective rate in the observation group (93.02%,40/43) significantly higher than that in the control group (76.74%,33/43) (P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of MDA in the two groups were decreased,while the levels of SOD were increased,with the level of MDA in the observation group lower than that in the control group,while the level of SOD higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CPR,TNF-α and IL-6 in the two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the relative contents of porphyromonas gingivalis,haemophilus concomitant actinomycetes,forsythina,and prevotella intermedia in the two groups were decreased,and the observ
