顶分层破坏区下回采巷道围岩控制技术研究与应用

摘要 为保障202工作面顶分层破坏区下回采巷道围岩稳定,采用理论分析法进行巷道赋存特征及支护方式分析,根据分析结果确定巷道梯形断面,支护采用12号工字钢棚,棚距700 mm,巷道遇特殊地段采用超前注浆加固,采用数值模拟+现场观测的方式分别进行支护验证和效果分析。结果表明:巷道掘进及回采期间围岩变形量小,满足回采巷道使用要求。 In order to ensure the surrounding rock stability of the lower mining roadway in the roof delamination failure area of the 202 working face,the occurrence characteristics and support mode of the roadway are analyzed by theoretical analysis,and the trapezoidal section of the roadway is determined according to the analysis results.The support adopts No.12 I-steel shed with a distance of 700 mm.The roadway is reinforced by advanced grouting in special areas,the support verification and effect analysis are carried out by means of numerical simulation and on-site observation.The results show that the deformation of surrounding rock during the period of roadway driving and mining is small,which meets the requirements of mining roadway.
