沿空掘巷煤柱宽度与支护参数的研究与应用 被引量:35

摘要 为了提高煤炭资源采出率,同时也为了保证巷道的稳定性,提出了在潞宁煤矿2号煤层开采时采用小煤柱沿空掘巷技术,根据煤岩层物理力学属性,建立了数值模型,通过分析不同宽度条件下的煤柱破坏状态、应力场范围及巷道围岩变形量等3个因素来确定沿空掘巷的合理煤柱宽度,进而确定了沿空巷道的支护参数。采用上述技术措施以后,该工作面的煤炭损失量减少了13万t左右,煤炭损失率降低了近20%,且巷道在采动影响下的顶底移近量小于468 mm,两帮移近量控制在835 mm以内。研究实践结果表明:在沿空掘巷采用留设小煤柱配合树脂加长锚固锚杆组合支护系统的方案是合理可行的,能够使巷道位于应力较低区域、巷道变形量较小,实现安全生产。 In order to improve the coal resources recovery ratio and to ensure the stability of the mine gateway,a gateway driving along the goaf with small coal pillars was provided for No.2 seam mining in Luning Mine.According to the physical mechanics property of the coal and rock strata,a numerical model was established.With the analysis on the coal pillar failure status under different width conditions,the stress field scope and the surrounding rock deformation value of the gateway,the rational coal pillar width of the gateway driving along the goaf was determined and thus the support parameters of the gateway driving along the goaf were determined.With the above technical measures and the coal lost value of the coal mining face could be reduced about 130 000 t,the coal lost rate was reduced near 20%.Under the mining influences,the roof and floor convergence of the gateway was less than 468 mm and the two side wall convergence of the gateway was controlled within 835 mm.The research and practical results showed that the plan of the gateway driving along the goaf with small coal pillars and the resin and over length bolt combined support system would be rational and feasible,could make the gateway in a low stress area and make the smaller deformation of the gateway,and could ensure the safety production.
