深部回采巷道区段煤柱合理宽度研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了揭示深部矿井回采巷道不同煤柱宽度条件下的围岩位移分布特征及变化规律,根据平煤股份六矿丁56-22220工作面回风巷道的工程地质和技术条件,结合理论计算,应用数值模拟(FLAC3D)分析了围岩位移分布特征以及变化规律。研究结果表明,在一定的护巷煤柱的宽度下,并非煤柱越宽越稳定;煤柱在3~6 m时巷道变形量较小,大于6 m时巷道变形量较大。该研究为类似开采条件下的区段合理煤柱宽度的选择确定提供了参考依据,有利于巷道合理的支护和维护、巷道围岩稳定性控制以及提高煤炭资源采出率。 To reveal the characteristics and variation laws of surrounding rock displacement distribution in deep mine's mining roadway under the condition of different coal pillar width,based on the engineering geological and technical conditions of return airway on 1V56- 22220 working face in Pingdingshan No. 6 Coal Mine,the characteristics and variation laws of surrounding rock displacement distribu- tion were analyzed in ways of theoretical calculation and numerical simulation(FLAC3D). The research results suggest that,the roadway is not always getting more steady, when coal pillar gets wider ; roadway deformation will he small when coal pillar width is 3 - 6 m, road- way deformation will be large when coal pillar width is bigger than 6 m. This research provides a reference for selection of reasonable coal pillar width under the similar mining conditions, and it is good for the stability and control of roadway and surrounding rock, also improves the coal recovery rate.
