摘要
目的了解炎症性肠病(inflammatory bowel disease,IBD)患者在信息化视域下进行自我管理的需求,进一步推进信息化自我管理模式的构建。方法采用目的抽样法选取13例IBD患者为研究对象,采用描述性质性研究方法对其进行半结构式深入访谈,根据Colaizzi分析法进行资料分析并提炼主题。结果可归纳为4个主题:适合的信息化自我管理工具需求、动态的自我管理指导需求、高度个案化管理为主导的需求、有效的社会相关支持需求。结论应以IBD患者的需求内容为导向,借助信息技术的智能、便捷与动态性,为患者提供系统性支持,促进其自我管理能力的提升与需求的有效满足。
Objective To understand the needs of patients with Inflammatory Bowel Disease(IBD)for self-management from the perspective of informatization,and further promote the construction of informatization self-management mode.Methods By purposive sampling method,13 patients with IBD were selected.A semi-structured in-depth interview was conducted with the descriptive research method,and the data were analyzed and the themes were refined according to the Colaizzi analysis method.Results It can be summarized into four themes:the demand for suitable informatization self-management tools,the demand for dynamic self-management guidance,the demand dominated by highly individualized management,and the demand for effective social related support.Conclusions Guided by the demand content of IBD patients,we should provide systematic support for patients with the intelligence,convenience and dynamics of information technology to promote the improvement of their self-management ability and the effective satisfaction of their needs.
