摘要
SO_(2)是燃煤电厂主要污染物之一,为响应国家节能减排政策,推动企业可持续发展,各电厂均设计有FGD系统,旨在降低SO_(2)排放量。烟道气脱硫(FGD)系统实际运行中,吸收塔浆液常出现起泡沫、中毒现象,导致其工作效率降低,机组带负荷能力受限。通过对某电厂FGD系统浆液品质恶化现象进行分析,得出工艺水水质和石灰石品质差是引发浆液起泡沫的主要原因,采取针对性措施后该问题得以解决。
SO_(2)is one of the main pollutants in coal-fired power plants,and in order to respond to the national energysaving and emission reduction policy and promote sustainable development,all power plants have designed flue gas desulfurization(FGD)systems to reduce SO_(2)emissions. In this paper,the deterioration of slurry quality in a power plant FGD system was analyzed,and it was concluded that the poor quality of process water and limestone was the main cause of slurry foaming,and the problem was solved by taking targeted measures.
