摘要
面对日趋恶劣的环境形势,环保越来越受到重视,加快能源的生产和消费革命,进一步提高清洁、高效的煤碳能源。脱硫系统超净排放改造的概念呼之欲出,要求对现有燃煤机组按照“超净排放”、“上大压小”等原则进行改造,CEMS系统不可避免的也需进行改造。本文以“海南金海浆纸业有限公司超低排放EPC总承包项目”为例,总结分析了CEMS系统在脱硫超净改造项目中的具体设计与应用。
Facing the increasingly harsh environment situation,more and more attention is paid to environmental protection in order to speed up the revolution of energy production and consumption,and further improve the development of clean and efficient coal-fired energy.The concept of ultra clean emission transformation of desulfurization system is ready to come out.It requires to transform the existing coal-fired units according to the principles of“ultra-clean emission”and“developing the large and suppressing the small”Continuous Emission Monitoring System inevitably needs to be reformed.Taking the project of Hainan Jinghai Pulp and Paper Co.,Ltd.ultraclean emission EPC general contract project as example,this paper summarizes and analyzes the specific design and applic,ation of Continuous Emission Monitoring System in desulfurization and ultra-clean emission project.
