摘要
目的:探讨N末端B型脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、高敏肌钙蛋白T(hs-TnT)及胱抑素C(Cys-C)在诊断慢性心力衰竭(CHF)中的意义。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年1月成武县人民医院收治的CHF患者30例作为观察组,同期将进行体检的30例健康者作为对照组。两组均进行NT-proBNP、hs-TnT以及Cys-C检测,对比两组检测结果。结果:观察组NT-proBNP、hs-TnT及Cys-C水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不同NYHA心功能分级患者的NT-proBNP、hs-TnT及Cys-C水平检测结果为Ⅳ级>Ⅲ级>Ⅱ级,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三项指标联合检测的诊断准确率高于各指标单项检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:NT-proBNP、hs-TnT以及Cys-C均是临床诊断CHF的有效指标,且三项联合检测的诊断准确率更高,建议推广。
Objective:To study the significance of N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),high-sensitivity troponin T(hs-TnT)and cystatin C(Cys-C)in the diagnosis of chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods:Thirty patients with CHF admitted to Chengwu County People's Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the observation group,and 30 healthy pelple who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.Both groups were tested for NT-proBNP,hs-TnT and Cys-C,and the test results of the two groups were compared.Results:The levels of NT proBNP,hs-TnT and Cys-C in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection results of NT-proBNP,hs-TnT and Cys-C levels of patients with different NYHA cardiac function classifications in the observation group were gradeⅣ>gradeⅢ>grade II,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The diagnostic accuracy of the combined detection of the three indicators was higher than the detection of each indicator,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:NT-proBNP,hs-TnT and Cys-C are effective indicators for clinical diagnosis of CHF,and the combined detection of three indicators has a higher diagnostic accuracy,which is recommended to be promoted.
