摘要
目的:比较阿普唑仑与丁螺环酮治疗焦虑症合并睡眠障碍的效果。方法:选取2020年11月至2021年11月成武县人民医院精神科门诊收治的焦虑症合并睡眠障碍患者70例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为阿普唑仑组和丁螺环酮组,每组35例。阿普唑仑组口服阿普唑仑片治疗,丁螺环酮组口服盐酸丁螺环酮片治疗,疗程均为2个月;观察2组治疗前后HAMA-14、PSQI、SDRS评分以及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后阿普唑仑组总有效率为91.43%,丁螺环酮组总有效率为80.00%,2组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后阿普唑仑组PSQI、SDRS评分均显著降低(P<0.05),丁螺环酮组PSQI、SDRS评分与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),阿普唑仑组PSQI和SDRS评分均明显低于丁螺环酮组(P<0.05);阿普唑仑组的不良反应发生率为25.71%,丁螺环酮组不良反应发生率为5.71%,丁螺环酮组不良反应发生率显著低于阿普唑仑组(P<0.05)。结论:阿普唑仑和丁螺环酮对焦虑症患者均具有显著疗效,其中阿普唑仑对焦虑症合并睡眠障碍患者疗效更好,而丁螺环酮药物不良反应较少,安全性更高。
Objective:To compare the effects of alprazolam and buspirone in the treatment of anxiety disorder complicated with sleep disorder.Methods:A total of 70 patients with anxiety and sleep disorders who were treated in outpatient clinic of Chengwu People′s Hospital from November 2020 to November 2021 were divided into alprazolam group and buspirone group by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.Patients in the alprazolam group were treated with oral alprazolam tablets,and those in the buspirone group were treated with oral buspirone hydrochloride tablets.Both groups received 2 months of treatment.The effect of anti-anxiety treatment,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores and Sleep Disorder Rating Scale(SDRS)scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.The occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups was observed.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate was 91.43%in alprazolam group and 80.00%in buspirone group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the PSQI scores and SDRS scores of alprazolam group were significantly reduced(P<0.05),but these scores of buspirone group showed no statistically significant difference before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the PSQI scores and SDRS scores of alprazolam group were significantly lower than those of the buspirone group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the buspirone group was 5.71%,significantly lower than that in the alprazolam group(25.71%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both alprazolam and buspirone are effective in the treatment of patients with anxiety disorders.In addition,alprazolam is more effective in the treatment of patients with anxiety and sleep disorders,while buspirone brings fewer adverse reactions and is safer.
