摘要
粉末冶金的本征优势能够很好地匹配高速钢所需的组织性能,使得粉末高速钢的产量占比稳步提升并逐步占据高速钢的高端市场。重点介绍了PM HSS原料粉末三代的发展进程,分析了当前粉末高速钢主要制备技术的研究现状,并对这些技术的优缺点进行了比较,以便根据实际需求选择合适的粉末冶金工艺,同时归纳了各类型粉末高速钢制备样品的相关性能,指出了高性能粉末高速钢的发展战略方向。
The structure and properties required for high-speed steel can be well matched with intrinsic advantages of powder metallurgy, which makes the proportion of powder metallurgy high-speed steel(PM HSS) output steadily increase and PM HSS gradually occupy the high-end market of high-speed steel. This paper focused on the development process of three generation of PM HSS raw material powder, and analyzed the research status of main preparation technology of powder metallurgy high-speed steel. The comparation between advantages and disadvantages of these technologies was studied in order to select the appropriate powder metallurgy process according to actual needs. At the same time, the relevant properties of various types of powder metallurgy high-speed steel samples were summarized, and the development strategy direction of high-performance powder metallurgy high-speed steel was pointed out.
