马城铁矿-570m水平破碎带治理的研究与实践 被引量:1

摘要 马城铁矿为国内在建大型地采矿山,矿区断裂构造发育,F1、F2、F3断层相互关联、互相影响。在工程施工过程中,因揭露破碎带,导致出现较大涌水,为确保巷道掘进安全,通过对地质条件进行分析,探水注浆方案进行研究,合理确定钻孔数量和施工顺序。在支护方式进行选择方面,采用了钢拱架和钢筋混凝土联合支护方式,在掘进爆破作业方面,采取短掘短支,减少顶板暴露时间,形成掘4支3的施工方法,并采取相关措施,不断优化调整,实现了3#副井-570水平安全穿越破碎带施工,为工程后续防治水工程和穿越破碎带施工积累了相关经验。 Macheng Iron Mine is a large-scale underground mine that is under construction in China.The fault structure in the mining area is developed,and the F1,F2 and F3 faults are interrelated and affect each other.During the construction,a large water influx occurs due to the exposure of the fracture zone.In order to ensure the safety of roadway excavation,the geological conditions are analyzed,the water exploration and grouting scheme is studied,and the number of drilling holes and construction sequence are reasonably determined.In terms of selection of supporting method,the combined support of steel arch and reinforced concrete is adopted.For the excavation and blasting operation,short-distance excavation and short-distance supporting are adopted to reduce the exposure time of the roof,and the construction method of excavating four meters and supporting three meters is formed,and relevant measures are taken for continuous optimization and adjustment.The safe construction of No.3 auxiliary shaft at level of-570 crossing the fracture zone is achieved,which accumulates relevant experience for the follow-up water control project and the construction that crosses the fracture zone.
