摘要
电影疗法是传统阅读疗法在阅读维度上的拓展,具有较好的心理治疗效果,可以训练人的注意力、记忆力、观察力等,能够培养人解决心理问题的能力,在潜移默化中推动观看者认知和行为的改变,电影疗法有个人治疗和团体(小组)治疗两种方式,心理咨询师、教师、医生、监护人、图书馆员等都可以成为电影疗法的实施主体。
Film therapy is an extension of traditional reading therapy in the dimension of reading.The article gives an overview of the research on film therapy, and believes that film therapy has a good effect on psychotherapy.Film therapy can train people’s attention, memory, observation, etc., and can cultivate people’s ability to solve psychological problems.To change the viewer’s cognition and behavior, film therapy has two methods: individual therapy and group(group) therapy.Psychologists, teachers, doctors, guardians, librarians, etc.can all become the main body of film therapy.
