摘要
养殖行业中抗生素滥用造成了耐药性细菌的出现、畜禽产品中药物残留等一系列问题,严重制约着养殖业向健康、高效和高质量的方向发展。替抗产品能有效缓解药物残留,并能持续提升动物健康水平。文章主要综述了替抗产品的种类及其在单胃动物和反刍动物中应用的最新研究进展,以期为饲料行业合理高效地使用替抗产品提供指导。
The abuse of antibiotics in the breeding industry has brought about a series of problems,such as the emergence of drug-resistant bacteria and drug residues in livestock and poultry products,which have seriously restricted the development of the breeding industry in the direction of health,efficiency and high quality.Antibiotic substitute products can effectively alleviate drug residues and continuously improve animal health.In this paper,the types of alternative products and the latest research progress in monogastric animals and ruminants were reviewed,in order to provide guidances for the rational and efficient use of alternative products in the feed industry.
