摘要
[目的]研究中草药添加剂对奶牛免疫功能和生产性能的影响。[方法]试验采取完全随机试验设计,选取20头黑白花奶牛,随机分为2组,即对照组(A组)和试验组(B组)。A组饲喂基础日粮,B组饲喂添加有100 g抗热应激中草药添加剂的基础日粮,试验期为49 d。[结果]B组的4%标准乳量、矫正体重后的产乳量、牛奶中的非脂乳固体和灰分高于A组,差异极显著(P<0.01)。B组的第14、28和42 d外周血淋巴细胞总数(LYM)、淋巴细胞百分含量(LYM%)和IgG含量极显著高于A组(P<0.01)。[结论]使用奶牛抗热应激中草药添加剂可明显提高奶牛泌乳性能和免疫功能。
[Objective] To study effects of Chinese herbal feed additives on immunologic and productive functions in dairy cattle.[Method] A total of 20 healthy dairy cattle were randomly divided into two groups,namely,Group A（control group） and B（test group）.The control group were fed with foundation diet,but the test group were fed with the diet containing 100 g Chinese herbal feed additives for 49 d.[Result] The 4% FCM production,yield of milk after weight correction,quantity of SNF and ash content in Group B were significantly higher than those in Group A（P0.01）.The total lymphocytes（LYM） number of peripheral blood,the percentage content of lymphocytes（LYM%）,and IgG concentration in Group B were significantly higher（P 0.01） than those in Group A on Day 14,28 and 42.[Conclusion] The Chinese herbal feed additives can enhance the lactation performance and immunologic function of dairy cattle.
