摘要
大学生是青年群体中的中坚力量,加强大学生理性精神培育,是增加社会信任资本、构建和谐稳定社会治理秩序的迫切需要,是优化思政教育结构、全面落实立德树人根本任务的迫切需要,也是提升人才培养质量、引导学生成为合格现代公民的迫切需要。当前,大学生理性精神培育中还面临一些问题及挑战,急需引起教育主管部门、高校、社会及大学生自身的重视。高校应落实立德树人根本任务,加强大学生理性精神培育工作。一是做好顶层设计,优化人才培养方案;二是加强法治教育,注重社会道德传承;三是丰富实践活动,增加社会经验阅历;四是促进规则内化,提升学生自律意识;五是扩宽信息渠道,依法引导网络参与。
It is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of the rational spirit of university students, who are the backbone in young people in the society.This is the urgent requirement to increase the trust capital of the society and construct the governance order of a harmonious and stable society, this is the urgent requirement to optimize the structure of ideological education and implement the fundamental task of cultivating people with morality, and this is also the urgent requirement to improve the quality of talent cultivation and guide the students to become qualified modern citizens.Currently, there still exist some problems and challenges in the cultivation of rational spirit in university students, which need to be paid attention to by the competent departments of education, the universities, the society and the university students themselves.Universities should adhere to the fundamental task of cultivating students with morality, and strengthen the cultivation of rational spirit in university students.First, do a good job in top-level design and optimize the talent cultivation plan;secondly, strengthen the legal education and pay attention to social moral inheritance;Thirdly, enrich the practical activities and increase the social experience;fourthly, promote the internalization of rules and enhance students’ self-discipline consciousness;and fifthly, broaden the information channel and guide the participation in network in accordance with the law.
