摘要
现代公民教育是指高校不断适应国家及经济社会发展要求,为将大学生培养成具有公民意识、公民精神和公民能力的合格“社会人”,而有目标、有计划、有组织开展的一系列课堂教学、宣传引导、咨询服务及实践训练等教育活动的总称。新时代民办高校现代公民教育应包含法治教育、道德传承、情感引导、规则内化、技能培养和观念创新六个维度。目前一些民办高校存在公民教育处于边缘地位、公民教育缺乏系统设计、公民实践教育严重不足、公民教育创新发展滞后等问题。民办高校应加大资源投入力度,提高公民教育地位;加强学校顶层设计,健全公民教育结构;注重对外合作交流,突出公民实践教育;树立常教常新理念,推进公民教育创新。
In order to constantly adapt to the requirement of the country and economic and social development,universities should carry out a series of class teaching,propaganda guidance,consulting service,and practice training etc.as the education activities with the aim,the plan,and the organization for the purpose of cultivating college students to become qualified“social beings”with citizen awareness,citizen spirit,and citizen capability.Modern citizen education is the generic terms for the education activities in the process.Modern citizen education in private universities in the new era should include six dimensions:rule of law education,moral inheritance,emotional guidance,internalization of rules,skill training and concept innovation.At present,there exist some problems in some private universities,for example,citizen education lies in the marginal status,citizen education lacks systematic design,citizen practice education is seriously insufficient,and the innovation of citizen education lags behind etc.Private universities should increase the investment of resources to improve the status of citizen education;strengthen the top-level design of schools and improve the structure of citizen education;emphasize foreign cooperation and exchanges while highlighting practical education of citizens;and establish the concept of constant teaching and constant innovation so as to promote the innovation of citizen education.
