制动卡钳铸件缩松缺陷的防止措施

摘要 介绍了球墨铸铁制动卡钳的生产工艺,并利用数值模拟软件辅助分析铁液的充型及凝固过程,发现在凝固过程中液压区底部、桥部与液压区连接处均存在孤立液相区,通过缺陷分析预测出在桥部位置和液压区底部存在的缩松风险。通过合理调整铁液的化学成分,提高碳含量,降低硅含量,保证碳当量在4.5%~4.6%,取消转包孕育处理工艺,只用随流孕育剂,减少了铁液中的石墨核心,延长了石墨大量析出的时间,从而减少孤立热节部位的缩松,满足了技术要求。 The production process of nodular iron brake caliper was introduced,and the numerical simulation software was used to analyze the iron liquid mold filling process and solidification process.It was found that there were isolated liquid phase zone in the bottom of hydraulic area,in joint between bridge and hydraulic area.Defects analysis forecasted that there were shrinkage porosities risks in the bridge place and in hydraulic area.By rationally adjusting chemical compositions of iron liquid,increasing C content,decreasing Si content to ensure that the carbon equivalent was in the range of 4.5%to 4.6%,cancelling re-ladle inoculation,using only stream inoculation to reduce graphite nucleus of iron liquid,to extend the time of a large amount of graphite precipitation,and thereby reduce shrinkage in isolated hot spots area to meet technical requirements.
