摘要
通过分析大量烘丝生产数据域控制参数,构建烘丝出口水分预测模型,利用大数据技术实现烘丝出口水分自动预测。烘丝出口水分预测模型可提前预测烘丝出口水分,将工艺标准与预测结果相比,并结合预警规则及时发出超标预警信息。以大数据技术为基础,对烘丝出口水分预测与管控调整展开了研究。
By analyzing a large number of control parameters of silk drying production data fields, a silk drying outlet moisture prediction model is constructed, and the big data technology is used to realize the automatic prediction of silk drying outlet moisture. Through the prediction model of drying silk outlet moisture, the drying silk outlet moisture can be predicted in advance, the process standard can be compared with the prediction results, and the warning information of exceeding the standard can be sent in time in combination with the warning rules. Based on big data technology, the silk drying outlet moisture prediction and control adjustment are studied.
