摘要
为了解云南省边境地区牛口蹄疫(FMD)免疫情况,对2021年采自云南省7个边境县市的1522份牛血清样品,采用O、A型口蹄疫病毒(FMDV)cELISA抗体检测试剂盒及FMDV结构蛋白单抗阻断ELISA试剂盒进行抗体检测。结果显示:O、A型抗体阳性率平均分别为57.61%、67.29%,未达到70%的国内最低免疫标准;勐腊、盈江两地非结构蛋白抗体阳性率偏高,分别为57.50%、54.62%;入境牛O型、A型、非结构蛋白抗体阳性率分别为70.29%、79.70%、58.23%,本地牛分别为54.31%、63.87%、40.52%,差异显著(P<0.05);规模场、散养户、隔离场的O型抗体阳性率分别为61.04%、52.24%、70.29%,A型抗体阳性率分别为63.73%、63.12%、79.70%,非结构蛋白抗体阳性率分别为37.78%、42.31%、58.52%,隔离场阳性率场显著高于规模场和散养户(P<0.05)。结果表明:云南省边境地区FMDV免疫抗体水平不高,且存在一定的病毒传入风险,需持续开展血清学调查和监测,提高疫苗接种强度,降低FMDV向国内扩散的风险。
In order to investigate the immune status against foot-and-mouth disease(FMD)in border areas in Yunnan Province,a total of 1522 cattle serum samples were collected from 7 border counties/cities in 2021 to detect the antibodies by type O and type A foot-and-mouth disease virus(FMDV)cELISA kits and FMDV structural protein monoclonal antibody blocking ELISA kits.The results showed that the positive rates of type O and A antibodies were 57.61%and 67.29%,respectively,failing to reach the minimum immunization standard(70%)in China;the positive rates of non-structural protein antibodies in Mengla and Yingjiang were 57.50%and 54.62%respectively;the positive rates of types O,A and non-structural protein antibodies in imported cattle were 70.29%,79.70%and 58.23%respectively,and those in local cattle were 54.31%,63.87%and 40.52%,respectively(P<0.05);the positive rates of antibodies against type O in large-scale farms,free-range households and isolation farms were 61.04%,52.24%and 70.29%,respectively,those of type A were 63.73%,63.12%and 79.70%,respectively,and those of non-structural proteins were 37.78%,42.31%and 58.52%,respectively,the positive rate in isolation farms was obviously higher than that in large-scale farms or free-range households(P<0.05).In conclusion,the immune antibody level of FMDV in the border areas in Yunnan Province was not high with a certain risk of transmission of viruses,against which,such risk should be reduced through continuous serological investigation and monitoring as well as intensive intensity of vaccination.
