流感发病率与新型冠状病毒疫情口罩使用的相关性分析

摘要 目的:研究流感发病情况与新型冠状病毒疫情下佩戴口罩影响的相关性。方法:对2018年1月-2021年3月在无锡市中医医院发热门诊就诊的11980例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。将实施口罩使用普及之前,即2018年1月2019年3月就诊患者设置为研究组1(n=7232例),将实施口罩使用普及后,即2020年1月-2021年3月就诊的患者为研究组2(n=4748例),对两组患者的流感发病率和趋势进行对比分析。结果:研究组1发病率呈连续波动型居高不下,1-3月是流感高发期;研究组2发病率随着时间的推移呈下降的趋势,到2021年,发病率已经降到最低。两组患者流感发病率相比,研究组1发病率显著高于研究组2,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:新型冠状病毒疫情下口罩使用普及后,流感发病率显著下降。 Objective:To study the correlation between the incidence of influenza and the impact of wearing masks under the new coronavirus epidemic.Methods:The clinical data of 11980 patients who visited the fever clinic of Wuxi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2018 to March 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.Before the popularization of mask use,that is,from January 2018 to March 2019,patients were set as study group 1(n=7232 cases).After the popularization of the use of masks,the patients who visited the clinic from January 2020 to March 2021 were group 2(n=4748 cases).The incidence and trends of influenza in the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The incidence of study group 1 showed a continuous fluctuation pattern and remained high,and the period from January to March was the peak period of influenza.Incidence rates in study group 2 tended to decrease over time,and by 2021,the incidence rate had been minimized.Compared with the incidence of influenza in the two groups,the incidence of influenza in study group 1 was significantly higher than that in study group 2,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:After the use of masks was popularized under the new coronavirus epidemic,the incidence of influenza was significantly reduced.
