摘要
沥青中加入温拌剂和抑烟阻燃剂可以达到降低拌和温度、抑烟阻燃的目的,从而满足隧道沥青的要求.但加入添加剂会影响沥青混合料的路用性能,尤其是水稳定性能.为了选择合适的添加剂,保证或提升沥青混合料水稳定性能,对七种掺加不同温拌剂和抑烟阻燃剂的SBS改性沥青及辉绿岩集料进行表面能测试,基于表面能理论计算沥青-集料匹配性指标,分析得出掺加0.7%LQ 1102温拌剂和14%AP 428抑烟阻燃剂的SBS改性沥青与集料间黏附性最佳.由此制备的沥青混合料水稳定性最好,与未掺添加剂的沥青方案相比,其匹配性指标分别提高了24.5%和24.8%.通过沥青混合料宏观水稳定性试验验证了表面能方法的可靠性,且匹配性指标与宏观水稳定性指标之间存在良好的相关性.
By adding warm mixing agent and smoke-suppressing flame retardant into asphalt,the mixing temperature can be reduced,smoke-suppressing and flame-retardant can be achieved,thus meeting the requirements of tunnel asphalt.However,adding additives will affect the road performance of asphalt mixture,especially the water stability.In order to select appropriate additives and ensure or improve the water stability of asphalt mixture,the surface energy of seven SBS modified asphalt and diabase aggregate mixed with different warm mixing agents and smoke suppression flame retardants were tested.Based on the surface energy theory,the asphalt-aggregate matching index is calculated,and the analysis shows that SBS modified asphalt mixed with 0.7% LQ 1102 warm mix and 14% AP 428 smoke retardant has the best adhesion to aggregate.The prepared asphalt mixture has the best water stability,and its matching index is increased by 24.5% and 24.8% respectively compared with the asphalt scheme without additives.The reliability of the surface energy method is verified by the macroscopic water stability test of asphalt mixture,and there is a good correlation between the matching index and the macroscopic water stability index.
