摘要
针对隧道沥青路面应用特性,分别制备了新型温拌改性剂及阻燃改性剂。以关键孔径2.36mm通过率为特征点,确定了OGFC沥青混合料配合比,并进行路用性能检验,全面研究了温拌阻燃OGFC沥青混合料的抗滑功能、降噪功能、低温施工功能以及阻燃功能。基于红外光谱和热重试验,深入研究温拌阻燃OGFC低温施工机理及阻燃机理。同时从OGFC级配特性出发,揭示OGFC沥青混合料抗滑降噪机理。结果表明:温拌阻燃剂可改善沥青混合料高温性能以及水稳定性能,对低温性能影响较小,且温拌阻燃OGFC沥青混合料路用性能均满足规范要求,其抗滑、降噪功能以及阻燃功能显著。温拌改性沥青混合料可用于低温环境下的施工。
Based on the application characteristics of asphalt pavement in tunnel, the new warm-mixing additive and flame retardant additives were prepared.The mixture ratio of OGFC was determined by the pass ratio through 2.36 mm sieve, and anti-slide function, reducing noise function, low temperature construction and flame retardant function of the warm-mixed flame retardant OGFC were researched by pavement performance test. The mechanism of low temperature construction and flame retardance of warmed mix flame retardant OGFC were discussed by infrared spectroscopy and thermogravimetry,and the anti-slide and noise reduction mechanism was revealed from the gradation characteristics of OGFC. Results showed that warm-mixed and flame retardant additives could modify the high temperature performance and water stability of the asphalt mixture, and have inconspicuous influence on low temperature performance.Moreover, warm-mixed flame retardant OGFC has a pavement performance which meets code requirement, and excellent anti-slide function, reducing noise function and flame retardant function.The warm-mixed modified asphalt mixture could be applied to low temperature construction.
