摘要
目的探析在骨科住院医师规范化培训中,运用问题式学习(PBL)联合案例式教学(CBL)的实践与效果。方法在我院2020年7月—2021年7月住院医师培训工作中,选取56名正在接受骨关节外科规范化培训的住院医师作为教学对象,依照培训模式不同分为PBL-CBL联合组(n=28)、接受传统常规教学法的传统教学组(n=28)两组。统计分析两组住院医师的考核成绩、教学评价满意度,对比应用效果。结果住院医师评教:联合组住院医师考核的理论、临床技能、综合能力成绩明显高于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组住院医师总体评价满意度高于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL联合CBL教学用于骨关节外科住培工作,有助于提高住培整体培训质量,并得到住培医师认可。
Objective To explore the effect of problembased and case-based training method in orthopedic standardized resident training program.Methods Fifty-six orthopedic residents who were in the standardized resident training program from July 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the targeting group in this study and were divided into two groups randomly.Residents(n=28)in the traditional training group will received the standard resident training with the traditional method while residents in the PBL-CBL group(n=28)were trained with case-based and problembased training method.Grades and degrees of satisfaction were analyzed after the program.Results The grades of the theoretical exams,skill tests and comprehensive assessments in the CBL-PBL group were significantly higher than those in the traditional training group(P<0.05)in terms of objective evaluation.The degrees of satisfaction were higher in CBL-PBL group comparing to those in the traditional training group(P<0.05).Conclusion CBL-PBL based training method in orthopedic standardized resident training program is effective in improving training quality and highly recognized by the orthopedic residents.
