摘要
目的观察芪龙胶囊对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注所致心肌梗死范围及相关指标血清乳酸脱氢酶(lactate dehydrogenase,LDH)、肌酸激酶(creatine kinase,CK)的影响。方法试验以大鼠心脏左前降支结扎所致急性心肌梗死40 min,再灌120 min致大鼠心肌缺血再灌注模型,硝基四氮唑蓝(nitrotetrazolium blue chloride,N-BT)为染色剂,观察受试药对心肌梗死程度及LDH、CK的影响。结果模型组血清LDH、CK升高;模型组与假手术组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与模型组比较盐酸地尔硫卓片及复方丹参片250 mg/kg、芪龙胶囊100 mg/kg、200 mg/kg、400 mg/kg组明显降低血清中LDH、CK活力。结论芪龙胶囊可以减轻急性心肌缺血再灌注模型大鼠心肌梗死程度。
Objective To observe the effects of Qilong capsule on myocardial infarct size and related indexes lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)and creatine kinase(CK)in rats with ischemia-reperfusion.Methods 40 minutes of acute myocardial infarction caused by ligation of left anterior descending branch of rat heart,after 120 minutes of reperfusion,the model of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion in rats was studied.Itro-tetrazole blue(nitrotetrazolium blue chloride,N-BT was a stain,and the effects of the tested drugs on serum lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)and creatine kinase(CK)were observed in the degree of myocardial infarction and related indexes by N-BT.The effects of the tested drugs on the degree of myocardial infarction and the serum lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)and creatine kinase(CK)were observed.Results Serum LDH and CK in the model group increased;compared with the sham operation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);compared with the model group,diltiazem hydrochloride tablets and compound danshen tablets 250mg/kg,Qilong capsules 100 mg/kg,200 mg/kg,400 mg/kg groups significantly reduced the activity of LDH and CK in serum.Conclusion Qilong capsule can reduce myocardial infarction in acute myocardial ischemia-reperfusion model rats.
