摘要
目的观察温通手功能治疗器对中风病手功能障碍的临床疗效。方法收集2019年7月至2021年12月在北京小汤山医院康复中心住院的脑卒中(包括脑出血、脑梗死)患者56例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组28例与试验组28例。试验组予以常规康复治疗与改良温通手功能治疗器治疗,对照组仅予常规康复治疗,观察两组患者Fugl-Meyer评定量表(FMA)上肢功能动作评分、改良Ashworth评分(MAS)以及改良Barthel指数评定量表(MBI)等的变化。结果治疗后,试验组患者FMA上肢功能动作评分、MBI评分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);试验组患者的FMA上肢功能动作评分、MBI评分治疗前后差值均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05);试验组患者的MAS分级较对照组显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后MAS分级较治疗前显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论温通手功能治疗器可降低中风患者患肢的肌张力分级,改善患肢痉挛程度以及手功能状态,提高日常生活活动能力。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Wentong hand function therapy device on hand dysfunction after stroke.Methods 56 patients with stroke(including cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction)treated in the Rehabilitation Center of Beijing Xiaotangshan Hospital from July 2019 to December 2021 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 28 cases in each group.The experimental group received conventional rehabilitation therapy and modified Wentong hand function therapy device,while the control group received conventional rehabilitation therapy.Changes in Fugl-Meyer motior function assessment scale of upper extremity,Modified Ashworth scale and Modified Barthel Index scale were observed.Results After treatment,the FMA upper extremity functional movement score and MBI score in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were both statistically significant(all P<0.05).Both were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were both statistically significant(P<0.01,P<0.05).The MAS classification in the experimental group after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The Wentong hand function therapy device can reduce the muscle tension classification of the affected limbs in stroke patients,improve the spasticity of the affected limbs and the functional state of the hand,and improve the activities of daily living.
