摘要
试车预冷是LNG接收站建设投运的关键环节。结合同类项目相关情况,以上海LNG项目储罐扩建工程预冷试车实践为例,重点对大型LNG储罐和大口径LNG管道预冷的技术方案关键要素、难点风险和经济性影响因素进行分析,提出应因地制宜制定预冷工艺技术方案和落实预防性保障措施。
Precooling is the key procedure in the construction and commissioning of LNG terminal project.In this paper,with reference to some conditions of similar projects,taking precooling procedure in commissioning of Shanghai LNG storage tank expansion project as an example,the key technical factors,risks and economic factors of precooling procedure in large LNG storage tank and large diameter LNG pipeline project are analyzed,and the adjusted precooling technological measures to local conditions and preventative safeguard methods are put forward and implemented.
