摘要
利用Fluent仿真软件,基于DES with SST k-ω湍流模型对不同波纹类型、波纹参数进行建模计算。通过对比分析,得到波纹类型和波纹参数对LNG管输过程中的流阻和压降的影响规律。针对LNG在输运过程中潜在气化,研究了不同气化率产生的影响,结果表明:管输过程中压降随气化率的增大呈线性上升,气化率达到0.5%时压降将增大140%。
Using Fluent simulation software, various types and parameters of LNG transportation hoses were simulated based on DES with SST k-ω turbulence model.Through comparison and analysis, the effects of corrugation type and its parameters on flow resistance and pressure drop of LNG pipe transportation were obtained.Furthermore, the effects of the potential gasification of LNG in the transport process were studied at various gasification rates.The research shows that the pressure drop increases linearly with the gasification rate and can be increased by 140% at condition of 0.5% gasification rate.
