摘要
云南香格里拉地区泥石流多发且对群众生命财产造成巨大威胁。通过对2000—2014年间泥石流灾害的野外调查数据进行相关性分析发现,沟口扇形地变幅、沟口扇形地扇宽、滑坡规模、灾情等级、泥石流规模、泥石流泥位、险情等级7个指标对香格里拉地区泥石流的生命财产安全的威胁有明显影响。进一步研究发现,泥石流威胁人口受险情等级、泥石流规模等级与泥石流泥位明显影响,泥石流威胁财产受险情等级明显影响,泥石流死亡人数受沟口扇形地变幅、沟口扇形地扇宽、灾情等级、滑坡规模明显影响,泥石流导致直接经济损失受灾情等级、泥石流泥位、沟口扇形地扇宽、险情等级、滑坡规模明显影响。对泥石流威胁因素进行研究,有利于针对泥石流灾害采取相应的措施,以保护人民群众的生命财产安全。
Debris flow occurs frequently and threatens seriously the life and property in the Shangri-la region, Yunnan. Through correlation analysis of the data between 2000and 2014 collected by field survey for debris flow disaster, this research finds that the seven factors significantly correlated with the threats to the life and property, including amplitude of variation in alluvial fan, width of alluvial fan, landslide scale, disaster grade, debris flow degree, mud level, and risk degree. In further research, the threatened population is significantly affected by the risk degree, debris flow degree, and mud level. The threatened property was significantly affected by the risk degree. The death was significantly affected by the amplitude of variation in alluvial fan,width of alluvial fan, disaster grade, and landslide scale. Besides, the direct economic loss was significantly affected by the disaster grade, mud level, width of alluvial fan, risk degree, and landslide scale. Overall, this study could help to choose suitable measures to protect the life and property of people for debris flow, through analyzing the potential factors.
