摘要
以国内57位与泥石流防治相关的同行专家所填写的泥石流防治效益评估指标调查表的数据为基础,运用主分量分析法,借助计算机运算,从11种影响泥石流防治工程经济效益的评估指标中,筛选出了“保护的固定财产总值、灾区可迁移目标的迁移总费用和灾区不可迁移目标的生产总值“三项主要评估指标,并按重要程度对11项评估指标进行了综合排序,为建立流域泥石流防治效益评估模型奠定了基础。
Based upon the data from 57 experts in the field of debris flow control and using principal coordinate method, the authors select three main evaluation indexes of economic benefit in debris flow control project from 11 related factors. These evaluation indexes are:total value of fixed assets in protection; total expense for shifting movable things out from disaster region and total production value of unmovable things in disaster region. We also arrange 11 factors in terms of their importance. Our results are fundamental for evaluating economic benefit of debris flow control.
