摘要
“金课”建设已经成为所有高等院校关注的重点内容之一。地方本科院校经管类专业在“金课”建设和作用发挥过程中面临着学校专业管理、教师教学及学生层面多种因素的制约,要有效地实现“金课”对地方本科院校卓越经管人才培养,必须要在“金课”的学科布局、学生选课、“金课”的课程全过程考核等方面进行优化,并不断改变学生的学习观念。同时要尽快建立校园内和校园外多主体的协同机制,加快“金课”教师的综合能力培养。
The construction of "Golden Courses" has become one of the key contents of all colleges and universities.The economics and management majors in local undergraduate colleges face the constraints of various factors at the school’s professional management, teacher teaching and student levels during the construction and role of the "golden class".Talent training must be optimized in terms of the subject layout of "golden courses",students’ course selection, and the whole-process assessment of "golden courses",and constantly change students’ learning concepts.At the same time, it is necessary to establish a multi-subject collaborative mechanism on campus and outside the campus as soon as possible to speed up the comprehensive ability training of "golden class" teachers.
