摘要
针对大学建设发展中长期存在的学术务实与党建务虚问题的不当争论,根据“双一流”大学建设的时代要求,提出学术务实与党建务虚是伪问题的新观点,摒弃长期将二者视为对立矛盾的认识误区,分析了产生其错误认识的根本原因,明确了学术与党建的本质属性,辨析了党建与学术的逻辑关系,以及一流学术与一流党建互为依存、相互支撑、同向同力贡献“双一流”大学建设的辩证统一关系。提出用一流党建凝聚共识、强化学术地位,形成建设“双一流”大学强大的引领力和支撑力及用一流学术夯实党建基础、检验党建成效,形成建设“双一流”大学成绩的说服力、彰显力等观点,力求摒弃学术务实与党建务虚的无用之争,为助推“双一流”大学建设提供新的思想动力。
In view of the long-standing disputes between two points of view,i.e.academic research being pragmatic-oriented and Party building being political and ideological-guided in the running of universities and the requirements of building world-class disciplines and universities,known as“double world-class project”,in the new era,this paper puts forward a new view that academic research being pragmatic-oriented and Party building being political and ideological-guided are false questions.This view abandons the misunderstanding which has regarded academic research and Party building as opposites and contradictions for a long time,analyzes the root causes of the false questions,and clarifies the essential attributes of academic research and Party building.The paper discriminates the logical relationship between Party building and academic research in which the world-class academic research and the first-class Party building are interdependent and mutually supportive,both contributing to the dialectical unity of building“double world-class”universities.It is proposed that the first-class Party building will help condense consensus,strengthen academic status,form a strong leading support for building world-class disciplines and universities;and on the other hand,the world-class academia will help consolidate the foundation of Party building,test the effectiveness of Party building,and form the persuasion and visibility of the achievements of building double world-class universities.The paper strives to abandon the senseless dispute between on academic research being pragmatic-oriented and Party building being political and ideological-guided so as to provide new ideological drive for promoting the building of“double world-class”universities.
